The Lounge
A former granary, it is now the heart of all activities during winter, holding into itself the cordial and convivial atmosphere offered by the Masseria Pernice, particularly in the colder seasons. It is the main reception area of the mansion, able to accommodate refreshments, meetings, parties, and any other events in a warm and cosy ambience. The lounge is enriched by a large fireplace and a loft looking over the vegetable garden.

Ellyn20/09/2021A perfect agriturismo. We will certainly return! ☺ The location was perfect. The property is gorgeous and lovingly maintained by Costanza and her family. Costanza is a gracious and delightful host. The room was spacious and beautiful, the setting of the pool is idyllic. The homemade dinners were excellent! ☹ The property needs a large sign outside to identify it. We had to call to verify the location. But this is a minor flaw. Il giardino ha una vegetazione rigogliosa e curata, gli appartamenti sono arredati con gusto. Bellissime le aree comuni. Si può degustare il vino prodotto nella tenuta e semplici cibi del luogo. La proprietaria è una persona deliziosa.
