What time is check-in and check-out?
Our guaranteed check-in time is from 3 p.m., but we can organize early check-ins if necessary. In the event of early arrivals and rooms are not ready yet, we offer complimentary luggage storage for our guests waiting to check-in. Check-out is by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of late departure, guests are welcomed to stay as long as they need to.
Can I check-in after 8 p.m.?
Because there is no 24-hours reception, we kindly ask you to notify us your expected arrival time during the booking process.
Is the restaurant service open to non-guests?
The restaurant is exclusively reserved to guests.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed.
At what time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10 a.m.
Are there lactose and gluten-free products at the breakfast?
Glucose and lactose free options can be included in the breakfast on request. Please let us know your need during the booking process.
Do rooms and apartments have en-suite bathrooms?
Yes, all rooms and apartments have an en-suite bathroom with shower, hair drier and courtesy set.
Do I need a car?
The area is not served by public transport services; therefore, a private vehicle is necessary. We also recommend it to discover and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
Are towels and linen included in the price? How often do you replace them?
Linen and towels are included in the price and replaced every three days.
Is there parking available?
Yes, a large parking lot is available for free.

Ellyn20/09/2021A perfect agriturismo. We will certainly return! ☺ The location was perfect. The property is gorgeous and lovingly maintained by Costanza and her family. Costanza is a gracious and delightful host. The room was spacious and beautiful, the setting of the pool is idyllic. The homemade dinners were excellent! ☹ The property needs a large sign outside to identify it. We had to call to verify the location. But this is a minor flaw. La proprietaria è una persona deliziosa.
